Base values: (118 + 15) × √(111 + 15) × √(128 + 15)
Level multiplier: 0.59740000²
Final step: floor(6371.41 ÷ 10) = 637 CP, with a minimum of 10.

What the Pokémon GO CP Calculator calculates
The Pokémon GO CP Calculator finds combat power and HP for one exact species form, Pokémon level, and Attack/Defense/Stamina IV spread. It also exposes effective stats so the familiar CP number is connected to the inputs that produced it.
Form records remain separate: an alternate, Mega, or regional form is not silently replaced by the normal species. That matters whenever the Game Master assigns different base stats.

How This Pokémon GO CP Calculator Works01+
The community-derived formula is floor((Attack + Attack IV) × √(Defense + Defense IV) × √(Stamina + Stamina IV) × CPM² ÷ 10), subject to a 10 CP minimum. HP is floor((base Stamina + Stamina IV) × CPM), also with a minimum of 10.
Niantic’s Game Master supplies base stats and level multipliers. Niantic does not publish the complete player-facing equation, so the page labels the formula as established community mechanics rather than official prose.
Worked Example for the Pokémon GO CP Calculator02+
A level 20 Mewtwo with 15/15/15 IVs uses base stats 300 Attack, 182 Defense, and 214 Stamina with CPM 0.5974. The equation returns 2,387 CP and 136 HP. The automated fixture protects that recognizable raid-level result.
How to Use the Pokémon GO CP Calculator Result03+
Use effective Attack, Defense, and Stamina to understand why two equal-IV Pokémon can have very different CP. CP weights Attack more heavily, while a PvP league decision may favor a lower Attack IV that permits more level-ups beneath the cap.
Pokémon GO CP Calculator Accuracy and Limitations04+
The result assumes the selected form, level, and IVs are correct. Best Buddy boosts, temporary transformations, unreleased form records, and future Game Master changes can alter the answer. This calculator does not infer hidden level from CP.

Pokémon GO calculator FAQs
Clear answers about calculations, data, independence, privacy and practical use.
Why can a lower Pokémon GO Attack IV be useful?
Great and Ultra League cap CP. Because Attack contributes strongly to CP, a lower Attack IV can sometimes allow a higher eligible level and a larger overall stat product.
Does the Pokémon GO CP Calculator know a Pokémon’s level from CP?
No. Several level and IV combinations can display the same CP. Enter a known level or use the separate evolution quick-range mode.
Are Pokémon GO Mega and regional form stats combined?
No. Forms with different Game Master records stay separate in the selector and use their own base stats.
Why is Pokémon GO CP always rounded down?
The displayed formula applies floor after multiplying the base-stat, IV, and CP-multiplier terms, then enforces the game’s 10 CP minimum.
